This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have under GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

What data we collect
The data you enter in the contact form: name, email, company (optional), phone (optional), message, availability (optional). IP address and request timestamp are temporarily logged for anti-spam protection.
Why we collect it
Solely to reply to your request and continue any potential collaboration. We don't share data with third parties or use it for marketing unless you give explicit consent.
How long we keep it
Form data is kept for at most 24 months from the last interaction, then deleted. Technical logs (IP) are kept for at most 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability and consent withdrawal. Email contact@franzio.ro and we reply within 30 days.
Cookies & analytics
We use Vercel Analytics, a cookie-less system that doesn't identify individual visitors. We use no other tracking systems.
